Worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth — John 4:24
"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." — Romans 10:17
We are a congregation seeking to follow God's Word alone — nothing more, nothing less. We strive to be Christians only, following the New Testament pattern in all that we do, as members of the one body that Christ built.
We believe the Bible is God's complete and inspired Word, and that it is the only sufficient guide for our faith and practice. We welcome you to worship and study the Scriptures with us.
Whether you are a long-time Christian, someone searching for the truth, or simply curious — we are glad you found us. Please reach out. We would love to have you worship with us.
Get in Touch"If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God."
— 1 Peter 4:11We speak where the Bible speaks and remain silent where the Bible is silent. The New Testament is our only guide in all matters of faith and practice.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is the complete, sufficient guide for our faith and practice. We add nothing to it and take nothing away.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 • 2 Peter 1:20–21 • Revelation 22:18–19Christ built one church and is its only head. We seek to be members of that body — Christians only — without human creeds, councils, or denominational additions.
Matthew 16:18 • Ephesians 1:22–23 • Colossians 1:18We worship God the Creator alone. We do not use images, symbols, or man-made representations in our worship, as God forbids making or bowing to such things (Exodus 20:4–5).
Exodus 20:4–5 • John 4:24 • Acts 17:29 • Romans 1:25Salvation requires hearing the Gospel, believing in Christ, repenting of sins, confessing Christ as Lord, and being baptized for the forgiveness of sins.
Romans 10:17 • Acts 2:38 • Romans 10:9–10 • Mark 16:16Baptism — immersion in water — is for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit, as plainly taught by the apostles on the day of Pentecost.
Acts 2:38 • Romans 6:3–4 • 1 Peter 3:21We sing praises to God without mechanical instruments, following the New Testament pattern of making melody in our hearts to the Lord as He has authorized.
Ephesians 5:19 • Colossians 3:16 • Hebrews 2:12We observe the Lord's Supper every first day of the week — the Lord's Day — in remembrance of Christ's sacrifice, as the early church did.
Acts 20:7 • 1 Corinthians 11:23–26 • Matthew 26:26–28Members give cheerfully on the first day of the week as prospered. We approach God in prayer through Christ, our only mediator, with thankfulness and supplication.
1 Corinthians 16:1–2 • 2 Corinthians 9:7 • 1 Timothy 2:5 • Phil. 4:6Our worship follows the New Testament pattern established by Christ and the apostles. We observe five acts of worship as authorized in Scripture — doing only what God has commanded.
We do not use mechanical instruments in worship, nor images or symbols in our assemblies. We worship God in spirit and in truth, doing only what He has authorized in His Word (John 4:24; Exodus 20:4–5).
All are welcome to worship and study with us. All times are Eastern.
